Hand-dipped in imported bittersweet chocolate, molded in a pyramid shape.

KEY LIME MOUSSE PIE
Tart and tangy key lime mousse in a toasted matzo crust. Perfect after a heavy meal!

LEMON ALMOND TORTE
Single layer cake made with almond flour, topped with a lemon curd, garnished with whipped cream. (8")

CHOCOLATE ROULADE
A light flourless chocolate cake rolled with a Chantilly cream and enrobed in chocolate ganache.

HAZELNUT TORTE
 Flourless hazelnut cake topped with raspberry buttercream and decorated with fresh raspberries. (8")

CHOCOLATE HAZELNUT TRUFFLE TORTE
 An intense chocolate confection, infused with hazelnut praline, and topped with roasted hazelnuts. (6")

RASPBERRY CHOCOLATE TRUFFLE TORTE
