All fruit pies are available in a choice of crumb or lattice.

Small, delicious, easy to serve cakes to accompany your other desserts or for the morning after.
- Cinammon Swirl Coffee Cake, Spectacularly moist with a roasted pecan crumb top, serves 4-5
- Lemon Ice Bundt Cake, Fluffy yellow cake infused with lemon zest and covered with a lemon glaze, serves 6
- Chocolate Chunk Banana Bread Pudding, Imported belgian chocolate chunks, fresh bananas, and our hand made brioche loaf make this a Gina's favorite, serves 4-5
