Passover 2011

Our Passover 2011 Pre-Order Form is now available!

Passover begins at sundown on Monday April 18th. Although we are normally closed on Monday, we will be open 1:00pm-5:00pm for pre-order pickups!

All of our Passover desserts are made in the Kosher style without the use of flour, except Matzo products approved for Passover use. " For those who are concerned more with the spirit than the letter of the law..."

 

Passover Menu

WALNUT BROWNIES....................................$22.00
Made with almond meal, topped with walnut buttercream, and crowned with fresh walnuts. Sold in a 1lb 5x6 square. Yields approx. 30 1" squares.

LEMON ALMOND TORTE.............................$29.00
An 8" single layer cake made with almond meal, topped with lemon curd, and garnished with whipped cream. Serves 8 - 10.

HAZELNUT RASPBERRY TORTE.................$49.00
A truly special dessert, this 8” two-layer cake is made with ground hazelnuts for an exceptionally sweet, nutty taste. Filled with raspberry whipped cream, and covered in raspberry buttercream, then topped with fresh raspberries. Serves 12.

CHOCOLATE ROULADE...............................$30.00
This moist flourless chocolate cake is rolled with a luxurious chantilly cream filling, and enrobed with rich ganache.
Serves 8 - 10.

COCONUT MACAROONS..............................$2.00 each
A very special macaroon. Three kinds of coconut, hand-formed into a pyramid and then hand-dipped into world-renowned Callebaut Belgian chocolate. 9 per box.

KEY LIME MOUSSE PIE ..............................$29.00
(available with MATZO CRUST or GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST)
Our light and creamy mousse, made with fresh limes for a sweetly tangy taste, complete with a toasted matzo or graham cracker crust. Serves 8 - 12.

CHOCOLATE RASPBERRY TRUFFLE TORTE W/ White Chocolate Curls

Intensely rich, chocolate flourless cake, infused with raspberry and decorated with raspberry jam. Available in 6" (serves 6 - 8) or 8" (serves 8 - 12).

CHEESECAKE...............................6" $13.00 / 8" $19.00
Plain, made with cream cheese and done "French" style for a light, fluffy taste.
