Mother's Day is May 11th, and if you weren't thinking cupcakes, maybe you should – because we've got just the thing to make mom smile!

Imagine a decadent piece of moist vanilla cake, filled with creamy strawberry mousse and topped high with our delicate strawberry buttercream. Fabulous.
